Looks good so far. You’ve included all the required components (class blogroll and RSS syndication) and a few spiffy extras (calendar). I like the template, too.

It looks like you’ve settled on NCLB for your topic. This is very relevant and appropriate. If you can, try to discover how NCLB has affected the English language arts–and reading instruction in particular. High-stakes testing has radically changed the way schools teach reading . . .
